Lifemaxx Lab
About

A workshop for the time you already have.

Why this exists

Most people spend their vacation days the way they spend loose change — a day here, a Friday there, nothing that adds up to a memory. It isn't carelessness. It's that nobody ever shows you the shape of the year, and the calendar quietly hides its own best weeks behind a little arithmetic.

Lifemaxx Lab started with one observation: the difference between a forgettable long weekend and nine days in the mountains is often four correctly chosen days. That's not a life philosophy. It's a scheduling problem with an answer.

So the plan is to keep finding problems like it. Each one gets a small, honest tool that does the arithmetic, shows its work, and gets out of the way. Time off was first because it's the one almost everyone is leaving on the table.

What we're building

A growing set of instruments for the different avenues people use to get more out of life — starting with time, and expanding into planning the adventures that time is actually for. The long-term goal is a product that doesn't just calculate but prompts: reminds you the window is open, and nudges you to text the people you'd want there.

The rules we hold ourselves to

  • Show the work. Every number on this site can be checked. If we can't explain how a result was reached, we don't ship it.
  • No dark patterns. No fake countdowns, no invented scarcity, no guilt about the days you already used.
  • Free stays free. The core calculators don't go behind a login.
  • Your data is yours. The tools run in your browser. We don't need an account to be useful, so we don't ask for one.
  • Abundance, not austerity. This isn't about optimizing yourself into a machine. It's about noticing you have more room than you thought.

Who's behind it

Lifemaxx Lab is small and early — which is the honest reason the roadmap is still open. What gets built next is mostly decided by what people ask for, so if something here is close to useful but not quite there, that's worth an email.
