Your whole year, on one grid.

Every day of the year is here. Weekends and holidays are already yours — drag across the workdays you want off and watch the stretches build.

How this works, and what it assumes
  • Drag to claim. Press on a workday and drag across as many as you like. Dragging from a day you've already claimed erases instead — same gesture, both directions. Keyboard: arrow keys move, space toggles.
  • Name a trip by clicking the bar underneath a stretch. The number on the right of the bar is how many days off that stretch is worth.
  • Suggest replaces what's on the grid with a computed starting point, which you're then free to edit. It ranks every possible run of workdays by the unbroken stretch it produces, and picks the best non-overlapping set your balance affords.
  • Your work week is yours to set. The default is Monday to Friday, but the day toggles change it — useful for four-day weeks and shift patterns.
  • Holiday dates follow the US federal observance rule: one landing on Saturday is taken the Friday before, one landing on Sunday the Monday after. Good Friday is calculated from Easter.
  • Stretches are measured across the year boundary, so a break running from late December into January counts at its true length.
  • Going over is allowed. The counter turns and tells you by how much, but nothing stops you — plans change, and balances get topped up.
  • Not modeled: blackout periods, accrual timing, carryover caps, and whether your manager says yes. Check the plan against your real policy before booking.

Your data stays here. Everything runs in your browser, and your plan is saved to this device's local storage so you can leave and come back. It is never sent anywhere, and clearing your browser data erases it.
